Dirty rooms and bathroom! no one clean under the beds for ages!!! never going to stay there again! Took a friend of mine and felt really embarrassed! This place needs a total clean up. Definitely not for families with the kids!!!

I didn't look at any reviews so this is an honest appraisal. The location is encouraging but once through the door it feels like you havd gond back in time. The proprietor was friendly and welcoming and led us tonour double room. We passed our bathroom and toilet along the corridor before seeing our room. The room was rather cramped with tired looking... More

I had booked a two night stay at this hotel with my mum. We were welcomed by a very grumpy lady. No towels in the room, she explained that they were in the drier but only got them after 10 pm at night. Very poor breakfast. Shower not working properly. Dingy room. Uncomfortable bed.

This place is certainly cheap, but it's also one of the most tired and outdated hotels I've ever stayed at. The front of house were great. Kind and polite, especially as I turned up a bit late. I was in a room at the front of the second floor with a sea view and a shared bathroom. I have to... More

In reviewing this hotel I am considering the service received during the period I stayed there in comparison to the money I paid. On this basis I think it was reasonable value. It's true that the management were not exactly over zealous in their welcome, but they certainly weren't rude. For sure the room was basic and the TV had... More

Me and my father travelled down to Ramsgate. We each had a room. When we arrived at the Hotel the staff were friendly and helpful. After checking in we were led to our rooms. The bathroom was seperate and frankly disgusting. The bath tub where the shower was, was full of detritus and the shower screen was streaked with soap... More

I had a good experience, staff were friendly, location was excellent. My room was clean and tidy with a sea view and newly refurbished. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to couples who want value for their money. The sandy beach and harbour was about 6 minutes walk from the hotel!
