I only stayed the one night, but the room, facilities and location were great. If you are in Dover to see the castle or white cliffs, then this is the best place to stay. It's a 5 min walk to the castle itself and close to the beginning of the white cliffs walking trail. If not, come for the amazing... More

Hats off to Sharon for making our recent experience in Dover incredibly pleasant! While a small B&B, the rooms are quite charming and the beds comfortable. We had to catch an early-morning ferry to Calais, and Sharon (the proprietor) was so helpful in securing a taxi for us. And the breakfast she served before we left was hearty and extremely... More

Situated at the foot of the pathway up the hill to the castle, this B&B was ideal. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a slight problem in that check in was after 4pm, but we had to return the hire car before 4pm. The hire car people drove us to the B&B at 3pm and left us and... More

Whether you are catching a ferry or visiting Dover as we were, this is an ideal location, especially for visiting Dover Castle as the name might suggest. Good value for money, very clean, large comfortable en-suite room, very friendly service, excellent choice and quality breakfast. It was ideal for what we wanted. Only slight drawback is that there is no... More

What do you expect for £35. I got a comfy double bed, ensuite, great wifi...and now lets talk service. AMAZING service, the landlady called me to make sure I was OK as it was getting late, I was up very early to catch a ferry, before breakfast was served. "its no problem" "I get up early anyway" It was really... More

We stayed there for a night, the room was nice. The only drawback - noisy stairs, you can hear someone walking behind the door, bit creepy. Overall very nice location, feeling breakfast. VERY welcoming host lady.

Reasonably priced, this B&B has large rooms, comfy beds and is clean and neat. It is a quaint 1800s house with wee stairs to climb to your rooms. Breakfast was fulfilling and the B&B is well located. Only drawback is sound from other rooms. We unfortunately had a couple above us who had an argument for about 2 hours until... More

Nothing special here but it's clean enough - you've for got a bed and a loo what more do you need??? Not for tall people even a Hobbit might bang his/her head in this place... Close to town and close to all the ferry and tunnel points which is important....

A lovely welcome. Rooms clean and beds very comfy. The usual room facilities. Full English breakfast at 06.15 was lovely and all locally sourced. Cooked to order. Close to Tunnel and Port. Lovely pub next door but one for dinner. We will stay again. Hope you have a lovely holiday too.

We spent 2 pre-cruise nights in the Dover Room at this B&B. Large, very clean room, good bed. Fairly priced. Cosy bathroom, but one must remember this is an old building. Some street noise, but having lived in NYC, it made us feel at home. Great breakfast. Sharon & Vaughn are good hosts, there if you need them, but not... More
