We stayed in the hotel for one night and we arrived late in the evening and departed early in the morning. The rooms were clean and well equipped however we felt like the rooms required better air conditioning as they were extremally hot overnight! The beefeater nearby was good and affordable. Access to the port is easy as at the... More

An early ferry necessitated an overnight stay, the Premier Inn fulfilled the job quite nicely. It's not luxury, but it's a clean bed for the night, in a pretty quiet location and it is very handy for the ferry terminal. Reception staff were very freindly and efficient. Watch out for the Beefeater, though, it can get rather bizarre...

We Usually Stay At Eureka Partk But As It Was Full This Time We Chose This One. Great Location Close To Eurotunnel. Large Free Car Parking. Lovely Friendly Staff. Perfect Start To Our Holiday In France.

Normal premier inn high standard. Able to check out v early useful. We didnt notice any road noise and were in a room at the front. There is very little nearby but the restaurant next door is ok. Cctv in car park. Useful if it's full of holiday bits.

Very friendly reception team, plenty of car parking, Beefeater on site and close to port of Dover so all positive. Family room clean and up to usual premier inn high standards. However, let down by being so warm even though it wasn't more than 20 degrees outside during the day. This made sleeping uncomfortable even with a fan which was... More

Was very clean and comfy like most premier inns I have stayed at however I was on the bottom floor and the noise from the floorboards from people arriving through late evening woke me up several times. The air con was also either non existent or broken so the room was uncomfortably warm they had provided a good powerful fan... More

We've stayed here before and our return visit was just as good. We arrived late after returning from France on Eurotunnel. The young man on reception was very helpful and was running round the site sorting out housekeeping and other jobs as well as checking people in - he's a keeper Premier Inn. Room clean, tidy but hot, the window... More

We stayed here because of the traffic problems around Dover. It was easy to find and the bed was comfortable. They also provided a clean travel cot for my daughter. The staff were all fairly friendly and we had pretty good service. It didn't get top marks as the bathroom is a little dated and the food wasn't great in... More

Extremely easy to find, just off the A20. Excellent facilities, all you need for cheap stopover. Very comfy bed and pillows, a fan was provided, which we made use of as it was so warm. Tea/coffee facilities, kettle provided. Lovely lady at reception when we booked in, she gave us a warm welcome. No noise issues, slept well. The breakfast... More

Stayed here for a night when travelling between Dover and Lympne. The hotel staff were welcoming, our room was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast at The Plough next door where again the staff were friendly. Thank you for a lovely visit.
