I stayed at this hotel with a friend. We unfortunately were there for our friends funeral, but I have to say the staff were wonderfull, especially Carol who was so lovely when we said why we were there.. The staff in the bar/restrauant were also just as kind. Thank you Carol. More

I use Premier Inn regularly when travelling around in the UK. Great value and always clean, warm and comfy. I would like to publicly apologise to the poor sole who was in the room above ours. My 1 year old was unwell and we simply couldnt get her off to sleep in the early hours of new years day. So... More

Very convenient location, just up the hill from the ferry terminal (less than 5 mins) It is on the side of a main road - and all the family rooms are on the main road side but triple glazed so noise isn't a problem. As an older building the rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Staff were good. 3G phone... More

Very comfortable room, excellent restaurant. What more could you want at this price? This chain is such fantastic value for money, I use them for booking nights prior to running marathons (Saxon Shore, in this case) and always have a comfortable night and good meal beforehand. Staff are warm and welcoming. More

I couldn't fault this hotel. it was clean and comfortable, and great for the price. The slight draw back was the eating arrangements which were a few minutes walk from the hotel. OK in the summer, but the path was scary in the dark on the windy night I was there. Once there, the restaurant was cheerful and the food... More

Stayed just the one night to see family in the area. Given a quiet room at the back. Fills all the basic needs - but needs a little more attention to detail to make it very good. Old fashioned CRT TV in modern hotel - why? Jumble of freeview channels all mixed up - most not properly tuned in. No... More

Stayed one night after coming off the ferry on our long journey to Yorkshire from Spain. Check in was very efficient and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was of the standard that I have come to expect from Premier Inn. One disadvantage although a warning is given of the road noise caused by traffic on the busy... More

Stayed for one night before sailing across channel following morning, On arrival the receptionist was excellent, she was extremely friendly and welcoming - full marks! The room was exactly as expected in a premier inn - clean comfortable and functional. Main gripe for us was finding out that breakfast is not available until 0800 on weekends - absolutely no good...
