Located about a 10 minute drive from the ferry port. Basic B&B. Friendly enough staff. Bedroom was very ordinary with a washbasin. The bathroom was across the landing. Unsure if there are en-suites. Bed linen was surprisingly fresh smelling yet the bed and pillows quite used. Ok for a stopover.

Triple room very high up with seagulls squawking but did not spoil our sleep. very good breakfast from welcoming hosts - very friendly and chatty. Good car park at rear of property. Mr Michael recommended a good restaurant in town. A lovely night's stay and would stay again thankyou!

Our room was quiet, comfortable and roomy and was quite reasonably priced. The owners were very helpful and friendly and even helped give us advice on traveling through the London area.. The English breakfast was delicious and served quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a few days. We had a lovely very good sized room (no 7) with a nice en-suite and were very comfortable. It even had 2 armchairs. The storage was very adequate, the room very clean and the maid service each day very good. The enclosed car park is a bonus... More

We wanted to stay in Dover, so that we could see the castle early the next day. (Note: by the time we arrived in Dover, it was the late afternoon, so far too late to see it that day). This family-run business is actually quite charming. The hostess offered us the option of a smaller room with fewer stairs to... More

Friendly and clean a little pricey for a B&B Free parking and also you can park in the street at the side of the hotel . The walls were very thin I was kept awake most of the night by snoring in the next room .I tried banging on the wall but couldn't stop the snoring. Sea gulls in the... More

Stayed one night at this hotel and it was average. I have been to a lot of B&B's and for the price of £60 a night it is on the pricey side of what you get. My partner and I could only get a twin room - which was fine but both mattresses were horrible! You could feel the springs... More

We had a great experience here. Had the attic room so very peaceful. Great room and very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. Host was lovely. Liked meeting them both. Would highly recommend. Very close to eating, White Cliffs and the castle.

A family wedding in Dover was the occasion and altogether we had a 6 or 7 of the rooms. I didn't hear a word of complaint from anyone (other than moans about Operation Stack causing traffic mayhem. The owners let us into the rooms early as we needed to get into our wedding togs after a tiring journey. They were... More
