Nicely decorated room. Good bed and clean room. Not very creative breakfast options. Breakfast was average, but okay. Personally, I don't like having the owner sitting and talking to you in the same room as where I'm having my breakfast. I like a bit of privacy.

The room was small but so gorgeously decorated and we were very happy to stay. Enjoyed very nicely cooked English breakfast. The owner's whole family was so warm, kind, and very helpful. The house is located so close to the city center and very convenient.

From a warm friendly greeting from Alex who gave us info on local sights & eateries to a wonderful tasty breakfast cooked by Betty while being entertained by Alistair....it was a very welcome stay. A very convenient location for visiting the castle & the white cliffs.

This was a great hotel. We ended up in Dover after missing a ferry and needed somewhere to stay. Thankfully they had a vacancy. We stayed in a beautiful ensuite room with a conservatory attached. It was near a few restaurants and pubs. If I ever am in Dover again, I will stay here no question. And THANKYOU to the... More

+Stayed here last year, so knew what to expect. Warm greeting from Alex, good sized rooms and full entertainment during the cooked breakfast. If you like your little table for two in the corner, you will be disappointed. You all sit round a large round table, Alastair introduces everyone and then proceeds with his banter. He is the past master... More

We stayed here for two nights in the middle of September. Very warmly welcomed by Betty and settled into our room on the ground floor with the little garden room. Fresh milk is available in the sitting room and everything you could possibly need provided. A very Comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast and good company with Alastair providing introductions... We booked this b and b because it was convenient to the priory train station and the ferry/cruise ship terminal. We discovered it was also adjacent to the walkway up to the Dover Castle, which was an amazing attraction. The room was spacious, en-suite and the breakfast was very good with many choices. The b and b is used by... More

We couldn't have been more please with this B&B and it's hosts and wished we could have had a longer stay. This was our first time using a B&B and it exceeded our expectations. The décor is so lovely, the rooms very clean and the hosts were very enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was perfectly cooked by Betty with entertainment by... More

Thank you to Alastair, Betty and Alex for being such wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Stayed for about a month and almost became part of the family. Breakfast is fantastic. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both were very clean and spacious.
