it was a business trip so luckily i never paid a penny as the stay just wasn't very good at all. the reception staff were rude and unhelpful and you had to wait for someone to appear and check you in/out for about 15 mins each time. the room was ok and adequate but avoid the food.

staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist with coeliac friendly breakfast, even providing gluten free bread. Would recommend and will stay again. Good location next to Chatham dockyard which was the reason for our visit and across the road from a cinema and Nanado's. room small but clean and adequate with a very good shower.
