We stayed for one night whilst visiting family. The room was large and comfortable providing everything we needed. The breakfast menu could have had a better selection of cereals and prunes would have been good. The staff were friendly and efficient and overall we had no complaints.

Booked a group party for my uncle's 70th. When we arrived we could see we were part of a 300 person extravaganza and I wondered if I had made a mistake. My fears were extinguished when a great 3 course meal was served with almost military precision, and the personal service from a young lad Aaron Sutton, was exemplary as... More

Just like my previous review from 2 years ago I stayed for one night with bed and breakfast whilst attending a work Christmas party held at the same venue. I was in a single room 109 which was renovated similar to the room I had last time. The views over the Medway were as stunning as ever and the bed... More

Visited Rochester for the Dickens Christmas Festival ( which by the way was an exceptional experience!) and didn't expect too much. A pleasant surprise waited for me when I arrived: very nice and friendly staff, the room was spotless, free Wi-Fi ( good quality as well, having had not so pleasant experiences in other places) and nice fixtures. It could... More

On arrival I didn't think this hotel looked much from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised just how good our room was. You entered the bedroom through a lobby where we could hang our clothes and leave our bags and shoes. The bedroom was large with a double and single bed which were comfortable. We had great views out... More

Finding accommodation in the Medway Towns has never been easy. The St George, located close to both Rochester and Chatham town centres, is the answer. This friendly hotel has been run by the same family from the start. It is comfortable, affordable and the breakfast is good. Convenient for visiting Rochester's cathedral and castle or Chatham Historic Dockyard and Fort... More

Clean, handy onsite parking (free), wifi (free), bar area and decent breakfast. The room was fine and clean sheets/towels. The bathroom was shower only in my room and could maybe do with a little upgrade soon but, ok for purpose. Staff were mostly all very keen (and in their teens in seemed) in fact the only person I noticed who... More
