Stayed for 3 nights. We loved the room, it's like a princess room. The guesthouse in itselve is lovely. The owner has a great look on details & decoration. great breakfast, great bed. not too far from the east station & centre. The owner is a wonderful & sweet person. Would recommend to stay here! more

B&B situated outside the walls, and therefore a choice for more budget conscious travellers. Its ONLY a 10-15 min walk on flat footpaths with a pleasant walk along the walls into town. The B&B is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, breakfasts were huge and set you up for the day. The bathrooms were spotless. The owner is very helpful, even... more

Bluebells was the perfect place for us. We wanted our French friends to see Canterbury and experience a real English B&B with fab full English breakfast. Michelle was very kind and generous couldnt do enough to make our stay more pleasurable. The rooms are spotless beautifully decorated and include everything one would need for a break away, a welcome tea... more

We booked seven months (!) ahead and were assured we would have their large double room. Instead we were given a meagre double so cramped we barely had room to open the cupboard door and nowhere to put our luggage. The room was dusty, the toiletries provided by Super Drug, a gigantic black spider on the wall on arrival, and... more

I would agree with the other reviewers in that this B&B is warm, cosy, clean and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent and I could not fault the friendliness and hospitality of the owner. However, I would say that it is a good 15 minute walk into the town centre and I suspect there are B&B options... more

Fully agree with review "Lovely, cozy, clean B&B in Canterbury". Four adults and two kids stayed there for three days early-August 2006. Great location and thoroughly enjoyed Canterbury and surrounding area, especially Broadstairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling and well-decorated. Huge breakfasts cooked to order - the bacon was amazing. Good pub King's Head close by for supper and... more

We recently returned from a trip to England, and had the chance to stay in this wonderful Bed & Breakfast in Canterbury for two nights. Bluebells is located just outside the town centre, and it was an easy walk to all the major sights. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Robes and slippers are provided, and a tea... more
