My parents and I stayed at Ann's House several times over the three years I was studying at Kent University. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The owner is lovely and always keen to share her knowledge of the area. The town center is a 5-10 min walk away and the Uni a ten min bus ride. London Road is... More

What a lovely b&b! We booked it for an overnight stay and weren't sure what to expect but we were blown away. We stayed in room 8 which is beautiful and we weren't expecting the super comfy four-poster bed!!! The lovely lady owner couldn't do enough for us, she made us feel very welcome and even gave my other half... More

After reading some very bad reviews, I was afraid I had made a bad choice. But Ann´s House turned out to be a good choice: it´s conveniently located between the city center and the way to University (there´s a bus stop 5 mins away to go to the University, or else it´s about 15-20 mins on foot), clean, cozy and more... Stayed at Ann's house for one night. very nice B&B, clean and very comfortable room. situated 5-10 min walk from town for shops , pubs,( Thomas Becket food and beer very nice), and cathedral. Road had odds and evens on both sides so was a bit confusing when locating it. Road could be busy but once you got inside you... More

Great place! Great staff and a great time. Ann's house was a wonderful place. Nice location just a short walk down into town and there was parking at the guest house. The room was comfy and clean and the bed was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive and friendly. We booked a twin but ended up... More

This hotel is in an ideal location, easy walking distance from the town center with plenty of decent pubs on the route back. We loved our room which was beautifully decorated & perfect for an Anniversary treat. We stayed for three nights which was plenty of time to enjoy the sights of Canterbury & surrounding area. Impressed with the level... More

My husband and I stayed in Room 14 for 2 nights 14th and 15th July 2014. Top floor, overlooking beautiful garden at back of hotel. Miss Lisa, who runs the hotel, puts so much loving care into all the small details and she is very welcoming and helpful, and we really appreciated this and enjoyed our stay. Very clean and... More

We spend two nights in the family room at Ann's house. The family room is facing a very noisy street and the windows are very old and not well insulated so that it was very difficult to get a good night sleep. We have two small children, 3 and 1, and the owner was very unaccomodating towards the children. We... More
