First, the good things: our breakfast was included (though apparently it isn't always) and it was absolutely lovely. The owner was very nice. Everything was pretty tidy. However... It was a very strange setup. My husband and I were travelling with my in-laws. We thought we were staying in a B&B, and I thought I had booked two double rooms... More

All very comfortable with very nice helpful host. We found the television set hard to use and there was no milk on the rooms tea tray. But not a problem we will always try to stay here first when coming to Canterbury. Highly recommended as small private guest house

Comfortable, pretty bedroom with bathroom just next door, all facilities spotless. Good breakfast provided and delicious home-cooked evening meals available on request. Ezio, the owner, was extremely friendly and hospitable without being intrusive. It is a 15/20 minute walk into the city centre but I didn't mind that, and Ezio will add a 'taxi service' on request. Nice quiet area.... More
