Stayed with my French partner as we had been very badly let down by a previously booked hotel.Overbooked,no room at the Inn plus they kept calling the wrong phone number! Still,I found The Falstaff on internet as we decided to break our journey from south-west France travelling north. We had a sweet room overlooking the quaint courtyard at the back.... More

Stayed one night in this fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend it. Excellent location good car parking at no charge. Arrived to be told they had upgraded our room which was very much appreciated, although my husband has stayed in the standard rooms before which are still very good. All the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast is lovely... More

Great place to stay, 5 mins walking from Canterburys' main shopping street, Cathedral and West Canterbury Station. Friendly staff and good amenities including parking, ironing board and a fan! Good value for value and wifi worked throughout the hotel. Pub downstairs wasn't bad either!

Great old pub at the start of the high street.Very old but very comfortable, some steep stairs but no problem if you have a reasonable level of fitness. It also has parking, handy in the city centre. It is easy to imagine yourself as a pilgrim staying at this inn.

Wonderful Old Coaching Inn with a wealth of charm from the pictures to the chandeliers. Lots of character. Breakfast was full English and was great. We had a ground floor room with the street just on the other side of the window. Not a problem with blackout curtains and double glazing. We slept like a top.

We stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Canterbury. Fantastic location; ten minute walk into the town centre, where there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and all of the main attractions in Canterbury. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room, although compact, was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely; there was a bit of confusion on... More

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only 5 minute walk to city centre. Check in was smooth, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and the room well equipped and a good size. We had a drink in the cosy bar before heading out, and breakfast the following morning was nice enough, if not spectacular. Would love to stay again in... More
