Stayed for one night, clean and comfortable own bathroom but separate from bedroom. Breakfast was nice. Overall nicely situated but not noisy at night. Our visit was in December so walking around the cobbled streets in the evening was beautiful.

Booked The Coach House for two nights and we were impressed. The superior room was spacious and came with a large private bathroom with a good shower. The two resident cats (Molly and Pip) love being around the guests and really add to the charm of this place. The Narrow steep stairs could be a problem if you struggle so... More

We recently visited Canterbury and stayed at the Coach House. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Joanna who promptly showed us to our room, room 4, which was on the top floor. ** Note : The stairs are quite narrow and steep to navigate but as this is a period property they are in keeping with the building. The... More

Four lads in lycra stayed here in August. Ben and Joanna very kindly looked after our bags as we went off on our ride and were very understanding when we arrived back late for check-in. Room very clean, beds comfortable and really tasty breakfast. We'll be back!

A pleasant stay in a charming B&B. Our twin room on the ground floor was very clean and decorated in an authentic Georgian style decor. Washroom was well equipped with a large corner shower which was modern and a delight to use with plenty of hot water. For breakfast, one had a choice of a full cooked breakfast, cereal, toast... Stayed for one night while in Canterbury for a wedding. It's perfectly located for the centre. The welcome was friendly and room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Booked a two night stay. Accommodation was good. All very clean. Was able to check in early as the room was ready. Only a very short walk into the centre which was handy together with free onsite parking. Only a couple of small niggles in that the pillows need replacing. They have definitely seen better days and a full length... More

This B and B is a tough one to review, location superb you can easily explore Canterbury on foot. Free parking, always a bonus for a city centre location. The young couple running it were very sweet, although we felt a little as if we were intruding on family space. Decor very very tired, there is a sense that whoever... More

This is a great little B&B. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious (room 3), and the location was to die for. Some reviewers have commented about the awkwardness of the narrow and curving staircases; but this is all part of the charm in staying in a listed property. I wouldn't recommend taking... More

It is a lovely little Georgian coach house positioned in central Canterbury so it is convenient for the cathedral, castle and all the restaurants and bars in the town centre. The room is cosy and although the beds are a bit creaky I slept well for both nights. The breakfast was lovely on both mornings with a choice of full... More
