Stayed here twice in 2014 as it was ideally placed for a stop off for onward trips to the south coast. No complaints at all on either occasion, my family had the added enjoyment of feeding the ducks in the morning, and you don't get that at many Premier Inn's !!!

Have used Premier Inn several times, as they offer "standardisation" of a reasonable nature, and at a reasonable cost. We paid £29.00 + £1.00 charitable donation for a sunday overnight stay. The inn is quite off the beaten track in some ways, but also close to most "A" roads in several minutes, although the signage could be better. A very... More

Very friendly and super helpful check in and stay. Nothing too much trouble for receptionists. Was staying alone but the room was huge with an extra bed. It was clean and a nice temperature. The surroundings are pleasant. Comfy bed as usual in premiers. Not noisy.

Very good value for money, beautiful setting and clean hotel. In need of refurbishment, however this did not really affect my stay. The beds are a little small - standard double, this is a thing of the past at most hotels now. Totally reccomend to anyone this to anyone, easy access and lots of parking spaces. Good for business stays.

Stayed the one night as we went off the the warner bros studio tour (only 10mins away) it is close to the motorway but you don't really notice the noise, after an hour or so you don't even notice it. Very confusing check-in (we had a trainee) but rooms were ok, it's clean and comfortable. Not many other guests, so... More

I stayed at this hotel as I was in the area for business. I arrived at around 7pm and after a long day I just wanted to have a nice shower and relax. The car park was very full upon arrival and I had no choice but to park on the gravelled area at the rear of the hotel, this... More

Stopped here for a couple of nights whilst working locally. Very friendly reception staff, and very helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. I had a ground floor family room, so plenty of room for my two night stay. The hotel is in a really nice setting, next to a Beefeater pub which has a working water wheel. The... More

Lovely setting, friendly staff and clean rooms. You are slightly set aside from the M25 but it didn't seem to bother me after a while. One window wouldn't close so traffic noise could be heard. If anything I felt sorry for the people driving on it whilst I was laying in a comfy bed. Adjoining restaurant was very poor however,... More

This was a nice clean place in a very nice location. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The beefeater next door was also a nice friendly place and although we only had breakfast the staff there were polite and helpful. Both locations seem to compliment each other and if you have a minute in the morning you can... More

After being initially pleasantly surprised by the country feel location (literally next to the motorway!) we checked in. Check in was slightly frantic really, the girl seemed to be a little flustered, but was very helpful. The room was clean and even though the hotel was full that night we heard no noise throughout the stay. Dinner at the adjoining... More
