We spent a very Happy New year here with friends. Rooms comfortable and warm, beer, cider and wine good, food great, staff very friendly. Just be aware of low ceilings in some rooms. Tudor dining room a pleasure to eat in.

Good food, good service, Excellent host. Great atmosphere. Quality crackers with a worthwhile prize and for a Christmas Day very reasonably priced. Worth the journey. We were asked if everything was ok. We had time between courses to relax and digest. There was no rush and no long waits. I would definitely go back again.
