The staff here are really well trained and helpful and a credit to the company. The room was fine, as expected, very comfortable. Quilt was a little heavy considering how warm it was outside. Booked a twin room and was shocked to see one double bed and a single sofa bed jammed against the window. On complaining that it was not a twin room and that I expected two proper beds was told that all rooms advertised as twin were the same. Sofa bed was not comfortable. The facilities were very tired and the bathroom mouldy with a scalding/freezing shower. The staff however were very welcoming. I would be prepared to pay slightly more for an upgraded room or at least a cleaner bathroom. It would also be nice to have small fridge facilities for cold drinks, none of which were available.

I have stayed here quite ofen with my family. All of the staff (in the Hotel and Beefeater) are wonderful - friendly, helpful, polite. The breakfast is very good and the rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Stayed here on a vist to our daughter who is studying in Hereford. Clean, tidy hotel with comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Beefeater opposite is great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. What more can you ask, for £29 per night. (Book early to get this deal) Would definately return.

Very clean and fresh decor - well placed - nice rooms well maintained - Only slight gripe was very slow hot water flow in bathroom sink. Always pricier than Travelodge but slightly better quality overall.
