The welcome received as we arrived was good, the rooms weren’t ready but we completed the paperwork in order to save time later. “Great for a Lodge”

This is set in the grounds of a golf course, with stunning views of the countryside. Minor downside, it is a bit of a walk to the bar and restaurant, but the food is good with a fair selection. The rooms are large with a separate hallway with bathroom off and a door into the bedroom area.

On our 2nd visit to the Belmont Lodge........................ It was as good has our 1st visit in 2011 Great golf course and Hotel. The food is excellant and the rooms were very good . If you had a golf group I would recommend this for ypur trip
