I truly wonderful hotel with magnificent grounds to sit and relax in with a drink from the Cedar bar or to explore on foot or bikes. Lainston House is one of those buildings that if it had been poorly managed, poorly designed or poorly refurbished could have been a gigantic money pit for the owners. I read some of the other reviews before writing this and the negative ones are very interesting. If this hotel has a challenge it is that its a destination hotel and being a wedding venue with accommodation means someone is going to be disappointed.
