We stayed there for one night and it was great, the rooms ( we stayed in room 4) were large, modern and very clean, very friendly landlord and a great breakfast in the morning. I booked through Booking.com. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from Winchester High Street. I stayed in Room 4 which is a double room but had it on a sole occupancy basis with breakfast.
