Arrived a 3.00am after a delayed ferry crossing, 4 adults and 1 3year old. I had booked 2 rooms in advance but was nervous about the overbooking policy carried out by other budget hotel chains. My partner and I Stayed here for one night before our ferry to our favourite island (I O W) We Have used this hotel 4 times. It is Great. Nothing is ever a problem for the reception staff. My breakfast Requirements were met efficiently without compromise. The rooms are very clean and tidy. There is nothing to complain about really... more

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel . After a long drive in the pouring rain it was a relief to get there. The check-in was fast and the room spotless.
