Got good deal including breakfast. good choice of food, although very busy, Kostas found us a table for 6 within minutes 1 twin room and 1 family room both clean and comfortable, with excellent views of cruise liners from windows. Leisure centre pool fine for quick swim, across from hotel reception. Very close to West Quay and Ikea more

We stayed one night with our 3 children before embarking on a cruise. We found the staff friendly and efficient. Perfect location if going on a cruise. Hotel was relatively easy to find although sat nav first took us to the entrance to the docks.
