I really rather liked this hotel. The building is amazing and full of interesting little features, and the rooms were large and well equipped (cafetieres in the rooms! Brilliant). Never been in such a dirty room from the cover on the bed to the stained chairs and even a dirty towel. There was hairs in the bathroom and the heating did'nt work. I did complain on the way out however the staff seemed to have heard it all before. more
