Having just returned form a 2 night stay at Ocknell, we really feel dissapointed, nothing wrong with the site. The main wardens in charge of this site were so unfriendly and unhelpful. Also you could put up a large awning for free but you had to pay £5 a night for a gazzebo, only aloud one 4 pole windbreak. This... more

I agree with the last review about ocknall stating if your old your have a brill time. i went up in 2005 with a load of friends over a long weekend we wear all 19/20 years of age and was just looking for a good time (games and bbq and yes of cause drink was involved) we had the stuck... more

For my 20th birthday, I took 4 friends down to Ocknell campsite from London. We took Cricket and Football equipment, foor, a BBQ etc, and were looking forward to an enjoyable stay.
