We stayed here the night after being on the Arcadia and found this hotel very friendly clean and comfortable. Very reasonable special rates. We did not eat here but would certainly stay again with my family.

Absolutely horrid ! I can't find a good thing to say about this hotel. Down graded from 5 stars to 4 but should be a 3 in my view. For a £140 per night you'd expect a little more for what is a run down hotel in dire need of renovating. The room was old and drab with a musky... More

The hotel looks really good and has a very nice lobby. It had proved surprisingly difficult to book our cruise package (8 nights parking + room + meal) but the staff when we got to the hotel were helpful. The room was very nice - spacious and clean. The restaurant provided a mixed experience. The room has a lot of... More

I was accompanying my partner who was here for a business meeting. I would most definitely stay here again. The room was lovely. The bathroom had seen better days, BUT was fully functioning and very clean. The balcony is rather small, heavily glazed windows that block out the noise from the port and the main road directly in front of... More

We stayed on a Saturday night when the hotel was full and had a very enjoyable time. It was the smaller things that let the place down. The room was very nice, with a bath and comfy bed, etc. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was very small but still fun enough for 30 min. The Atrium bar was a little... More

The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately the taste does not extend to the restaurant where the dinners we had were not what I would expect of a 4* hotel. There were some unusual combinations eg our very greasy chops came with a Shepherd's pie and some rather sad vine tomatoes. No sign... More

A booking was made for two rooms - two couples - and secured (with booking.com) using my credit card. On arrival, we each checked-in and gave the usual pre-approval of our credit cards, thus facilitating the use of the express check-out system, comfortable with the knowledge that our bill(s) would be charged to our respective cards. My card was subsequently... More

We stayed here last Saturday. The hotel was clean and generally well presented if a little dated. Our main problem was our neighbours .... We had the TV on the default volume and put some music on a lower volume and then the neighbours did a loud knock from the inter- connecting room! From that time on every time we... More

From the moment we drew up in the car they could not have been more helpful. Upgraded to sea view room. Room lovely, comfortable bed, and the most indulgent breakfast anyone could wish for. The only problem we had was the dinner of fish full of bones! Inedible.

Dear Stoned11, Thank you so much for your great review. I am delighted to read you enjoyed all aspects of your visit. I am pleased to advise we now offer a filleted option of the Sea Bass for guests.
