We booked this hotel as a bit of a commiseration present to ourselves after the Foo Fighters concert at Wembley was cancelled and whilst it was not on the same level as watching the biggest rock band in the world it came a close second. For the price of a boring chain hotel just down the street we stayed at... More

Stayed for one night and were very pleased with the beautifully decorated room. Nice touches throughout, such as the l'Occitane toiletries. Breakfast was delicious. No coffee-making facilities, but instead a tray with complimentary tea/coffee brought to the room.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel & couldn't fault it. Picked the hotel initially for location as we were attending a wedding at the Royal Marines Museum (well worth a visit if you have a few hours to kill). Staff are very friendly, rooms are light, airy & clean. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities & soaps/shampoos etc provided in bathroom.... More

We loved our stay here and we couldn't have asked for more, from entering the property we were greeted by an amazing member of staff, so polite and went out of her way to make us happy! The rooms were incredible for the price and are very nicely furnished, very comfy beds and relaxing rooms, we were lucky to have... More

This hotel has a good location in Southsea, less than 5 minutes walk to the sea. Our room (4) was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast on the first morning was excellent, freshly cooked and well presented. The second morning things went a little awry and 1 breakfast was served completely cold, running out of bacon led to a chain reaction of... More

Lovely little hotel in a great position with friendly, helpful staff. There's parking too. Fantastic value at around the same price as some of the budget chains and SO much nicer. The rooms tended to be a bit hot but you can open the windows - wide! The bar, patio, breakfast room and lounge all had nice little touches.

Creative small boutique hotel - great decor and really friendly and helpful staff - would definitely stay again when I have the opportunity. Great spaces inside and outside the hotel to relax in - and a short walk to the seafront.

This boutique hotel was comfortable. The first room offered was Room 2 and rejected as being far too small. We were then offered Room 8 which is quite nice, even a place to put folded shirts in! For such a small hotel Breakfast offered was really good. We opted for waffles smothered in fresh fruit and a little maple syrup.... More

We booked the entire hotel for our daughter's wedding at the end of May. Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble, and all the staff, but particularly Dominic and Sarcha, made our weekend both happy and unforgettable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the wine reasonably priced and very good, and the breakfast substantial and freshly cooked. In addition the... More
