myself and my husband have been useing this hotel for nearly two years and we lived in hope that the managers promises of improvment would come to fruition...lol! Staff at all levels cheerful and well-motivated; food, especially in restaurant at evenings above average. The rooms can get warm, but are clean and well-serviced. I did not recognise this place from some earlier critical reviews. Would certainly stay again as you get what you pay for.
