Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Lovely staff and the rooms was nice too. Very comfortable and affordable with a good location. Free breakfast was nice as well, free wifi etc. would stay here again. Short taxi ride of 10 minutes for about £6 takes yoU too the shops and restaurants so it's perfect.

We stayed at St. Margarets Lodge on the 22 and 23 March nice location, excellent bus service. The breakfast was really nice with a good selection and friendly staff to serve you, could not fault the room, the whole place was to a high standard. Although it is in a quiet location you are just a couple of minuets from... More

We found this to be a top of the range Guest house, close to the sea front and canoe lake with excellent amenities. The staff and proprietors couldn't do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely and I could not fault the room, very clean. All in all highly recommended. Already booked my room to return... More

My colleague and I needed a room for the night as we were catching an early ferry. Our rooms were good. Had own facilities. Breakfast was to a very high standard. Ideally situated only 10 minutes drive from ferry terminal.

Disappointed, dated, not very clean, very poor value for money, picture of superior room online certainly doesn't match what you are given. Faulty towers and funeral parlour spring to mind. Would not recommend this "4 hotel" !!!!!!

Lovely B&B with helpful staff in a nice location. Breakfast was very tasty with cereal and home cooked full English included. Rooms had everything we needed and we kept to a high standard of cleanliness. All this for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Stayed just one night, huge bedroom, lovely and quiet. Double bed too small for larger persons, but on the whole, very clean and plenty of toiletries etc., Breakfast was fabulous! Fruit platter beautiful, cooked breakfast first class. Breakfast waitress had lovely smile and greeting. Good value for a pit stop.

Very clean, good facilities and extras. Complimentary sparkling water along with tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good quality and good sized toiletries. Staff all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast which is included in the price was superb. Quiet area so sleeping was not a problem. On the whole great value for money. We would definitely use St... More

Danny the owner was very helpful. The waitresses at breakfast were also friendly. The house would benefit from a complete update. We only booked a double room but were given the front family room. The bed was a small double and it sagged into the middle. After not sleeping the first night I spent the next night in the small... More

It was our first B&B stay for 3 aussie couples self drive holiday through England and it set the standard high. We are arrived around 7pm but that didn't stop the owners showing their warmth and hospitality by welcoming us with a smile and guiding to a good restaurant in town. The rooms where nice and clean with a good... More
