We stayed at this guesthouse to be near my friend as we were getting married. The owner is very unfriendly and what i would.actually consider abrupt and rude. The owner made me and my partner feel totally unwelcome. The room was lovely but i would not go back and not recommend this place. Sorry!

Highly tecommended B&B with limited free parking. The breakfast was good and the owner friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean.

I do not know how this place operates as a Business. We were left stranded after having a nights accommodation cancelled on us. The Receptionist was pleasant but had very little local knowledge. Situated within a short walking distance of the sea front and pier, but a fair trek to local hostelries and restaurants, although taxis were readily available and local buses for Portsmouth. We stayed here for 2 nights and were extremely disappointed. Decor was tired and dated. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the shower was the worst shower we have ever had the pleasure of using.
