This hotel, frayed but still serviceable, is a good value in Plymouth. The location is pleasant, looking out on the park and harbor, and breakfast was tasty. But it is best for travelers with a car, since it is a distance from the central tourist attractions. We found it in easy walking distance from the theatre and the WWII museum.
