Located a short walk from the town centre, these cottages provide a perfect location for a brief Cotswold getaway. There's a good choice of accommodation available, plenty of parking and free admission to the nearby castle for cottage guests. All the cottages are located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in the grounds of the castle and although we were... More

We stayed in the St Kenelm (a two floor apartment) for 3 nights. The cottages are in there own beautiful cul de sac at the bottom of short hill from the high st. Therefore the location was brilliant for strolling to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation was very comfortable, peaceful, well equipped and we loved the cosy... More

Lovely set up with a number of great cottages in the grounds of the Castle, within walking distance of Winchcombe, and striking distance of Cheltenham racecourse. Well appointed, with good fittings and modern equipment. Already thinking of coming back to stay to explore this lovely part of England.

Stayed at the Princess Elizabeth cottage in mid-february. We are a family of four. The area is quiet and charming, just on the outskirts of the town of Winchcombe which is a pretty medieval town. The cottage premises is also very quiet and pretty. Inside we found a well equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, comfy sofa and livingroom, upstairs... More

Stayed in Emma Dent for two nights to go to evening event at Cheltenham Racecourse. Very helpful booking, delightful cottage in very nice location and only a very short walk into Winchcombe. Slightly tired decoration in places but lovely new shower room. A little disappointed with cleanliness as had to wash cutlery and pans before use, and bits and pieces... More

We enjoyed our stay in Emma Dent at Sudeley Castle Cottages. As has been mentioned, setting reminiscent of film set! Very clean on arrival and helpful staff on site. A short walk into Winchcombe with plenty of cafes and pubs to try. Worth doing the heritage trail, leaflet from shops/tourist information. Superb walks from the door. Good base for exploring... We returned here for a further week, this time at a different time of year. Last time, we visited out of season and therefore did not have the complimentary access to the Castle. On this occasion the Castle was still open, and we made full use of the complimentary pass. The Castle is superbly kept, and we greatly enjoyed taking... More

Spent 3 nights here and very much enjoyed it. Many great restaurants in town and well within walking distance and of course the spectacular Sudeley Castle. Cottages were clean and warm, albeit a tad dated, but overall fine.

Ok cottages/flats. Bit of a walk to the main part of Winchcombe, up a bit of a steep hill. Cottages are in a quiet location, although there is a river nearby that you can hear and occasionally a vehicle on the nearby road. Cleanliness of the cottage was ok, had a problem with flies, way too many off them inside... More

We have just returned from another visit to sudeley castle cottages, we stayed in the Emma Dent a beautiful detached 3 bedroom cottage and once again enjoyed everything about our holiday, the cottage has been recently refurnished and was very comfortable. This cottage also has a dish washer in the kitchen so ideal for a larger family. We had some... More
