North Farmcote isn’t the easiest place to locate, even with sat nav, but it’s worth the effort to find this beautiful farmhouse and garden built onto the side of hill overlooking a scenic valley. Upon arrival, David served us tea and biscuits in the garden, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset with him. Our twin-bedded room was large and clean,... More

My wife, our two dogs and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful B&B. It is tucked away in a remote valley in the Cotswolds. The views are absolutely stunning! The house dates from the19th century and is related to the nearby Sudely castle. Cheltenham - a very pretty city - is nearby. David runs the B&B by himself.... More

The building set into the rolling countryside seemed lifted straight out of a novel. The surprise was the long narrow road leading to the location. The home had a lovely garden and good size rooms. The single beds (three in ours) were too narrow and uncomfortable. The home cooked breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The owner of the herb farm... More

David is a most charming host at this comfortable and wonderfully situated farm. Not too hard to find and worth the effort. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast cooked by your host plenty of good walking nearby and lots of good choices for dinner in nearby Winchcombe

Just one night we stayed , David was the most wonderful host , we felt so at home almost as if I was visiting friends. We got to see some of his farmer friends and family. But the best was we all sat on the terrace ( David made us a coffee) to watch the most wonderful sun set which... More

We stayed two nights in this delightful B&B, and can highly recommend it. We spent some time walking the Cotswold Way, using David's maps and his various helpful hints. He's a delightful host and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are tasty and large! The house is off the beaten track, perched on the hillside, with stunning views over Winchcombe... More

David's home is a fantastic getaway from city life. The room was clean and the furniture much nicer then any hotel. The house and gardens were so different and peaceful from what we are used to. David was a great host and his breakfast very satisfying. It was conveniently located on the Costwald Way trail which made exploring quite easy.... More

Lovely welcome from a lovely gentleman to his beautiful Cotswold farmhouse, David Earby shared his home and stories of his life and family in equal quantities, making our stay, one to be remembered. We would go back in a hearbeat

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days just after new year. David is such a lovely man and very accommodating. The room was large, warm and comfortable, and breakfast delicious. We were looking for some places to visit and David gave us a huge map where he listed the best sites. The bnb is in a good... More
