Admittedly it was the middle of a very cold winter spell, but the room could have been warmer. I can't fault the hotel, it's very central, the rooms are just wonderfully decorated, the staff are excellent and the food was superb, particularly the full English breakfast. But unfortunately my overriding memory will be of the cold!
