We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cross Keys. The house is cosy and comfortable with everything we needed. Margaret and Roger were so friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast cooked to order which set us up for the day. Location is great on the Main Street. I would have no hesitation in recommending staying at cross keys.

Stow is a lovely busy town and a great centre for touring further afield in the Cotswolds. Don't usually do B&B but having read reviews thought that we would take a chance. Delighted that we did. Less than 5 mins walk from town square. No dedicated parking but not a problem. Roger and Margaret , the perfect hosts. The cottage... More

Roger and Margaret were very welcoming hosts. The room was small as you would expect with the age of the property. Space is at a premium in this type of building. Having said that we made a conscious decision to stay in a B& B rather than a chain hotel. The breakfast room was also used as a comfortable sitting... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The b&b is in an excellent location. However, the bathroom smelled from sewage and we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times due to the putrid odor. The hosts were very nice but I wouldn't stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for one night for our honeymoon. Our check in was an ease with the friendly owners (husband and wife combination - lovely couple) and was brought up to our room after a nice chat. The room itself is quite small, could barely contain both our luggage, but it was still clean and pleasant. The... More

My husband and I had a wonderful night here this week. The room was cosy, but had everything you would want and need. Breakfast was delicious, the best of our trip so far. The town is a charming English town and I would highly recommend a walk to see the church - if you walk around to the back side... More

Our room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but all was very nicely done. The cottage is located very near the center of town, but it was very quiet at night. Our hosts were gracious and fixed a very nice breakfast.

A beautiful 17th Century cottage in the heart of Stow on the Wold. A very friendly greeting from Margaret & Roger. My room was perfect. All mod cons. Comfy and spotless. I will definitely be returning, next time with my wife. My host bent over backwards to make my stay memorable. The full English breakfast was presented too perfectly that... More

Lovely, homely B&B right in the town centre. Beautiful decor and furnishings. A welcoming and warm couple run the B&B. The full English breakfast was well made to order along with a choice of cereals, fresh fruits, apricots and strawberries. The location of the cottage is just right, close to the town centre and within a 5 minute walk of... More
