Stayed in this wonderful cottage for two nights at new year and cannot say enough about it. Roger and Margaret were so welcoming and attentive from the minute we arrived, til the minute we left. The room we had was spacious with a nice big comfortable bed which had it not been for a simply delicious breakfast, we would have... More

If you're looking for a nice quiet, comfy, well presented B&B look no further. Spending the weekend here with my girlfriend we couldn't ask for anything better. Built in the 17th century this B&B has all the charms of a 500 year old building, including slight slopes in a few places. You couldn't ask for nicer owners, lovely continental breakfasts,... More

Such a quaint cottage and the owners, Margaret & Roger have been so lovely. I would definitely go again. The breakfast was worth the journey, as they offered so much choice. Rooms were very clean and well equipped, to some we have stayed in. The parking on the street is rather hectic at times but there was always room right... More

Roger was a terrific host Clean bright rooms with a top sheet on the bed! Tea and coffee and biscuits in the room. A wonderful breakfast with choices over the usual full English. Roger gave great advice about what to do and see. The house is historic and well- decorated. It's also very well located so travel by foot, bus... More

After a very busy first day, we arrived at Cross Keys Cottage as our home base for 3 days. The location is very good for day trips even as far as Cardiff, Wales. Our room was located at the back on the 2nd floor (with ensuite) and we were quite happy with the historic space of the B&B. Narrow winding... More

Very impressed by The CrossKeys Cottage. The house is lovely, very traditional and super clean. We were staying as we attended a wedding nearby, we called ahead and asked for taxi numbers, Roger kindly offered to book for us. When we arrived he explained no taxis were available for the time we wanted so he took us himself! Outstanding customer... More

We spent one night in this lovely B&B. The location is perfect, just in the main street. The room was very good with tea and coffee making facilities at a table overlooking the garden. The bathroom was a little small but fine. Breakfast is very good, one of the best ones I have had in a B&B. The living room... More

We wanted to stop in Stow-on-the-Wold on our way from York to Stratford to experience one of the villages of the Cotswold. This B&B is in a perfect location in the main street. The house is cosy and comfortable but a bit small. Our rooms were lovely - especially the twin bedroom where our kids were in the attic. It... More

We stayed here for one night in preparation for a wedding nearby. Rodger could not have been more helpful, accommodating and lovely. He allowed me an early check in and let me stay as long as I needed the morning of check out. Beautiful place to stay! Top notch
