We stayed at the annex of the Limes House, which may differ from rooms in the house proper. Room was a staircase up from large private bathroom, and very small. Not a place to hang out, but comfortable for resting after a long day touring the Cotswolds. Clean and well maintained. The hosts are a young couple who are both... more

Can't add much to what has already been written. This is a very friendly, clean place right in the heart of the Cotswolds. Helen and Graham couldn't have been more helpful and were very accomodating of our 2 year old. The town is a very quick (maybe 5 minute) walk and there are lots of pubs/restaurants there, which made dinner... more

We have just returned from an overnight stay at The Limes Bed and Breakfast inStow On The Wold. WE stayed in the Four Poster room and everything was perfect. We were welcomed so personally and Helen and Graham made us feel very welcome during our stay there. Lovely small town with some lovely shops and bars. Breakfast was just the... more

Spent a wonderful night at this delightful B&B. Had everything you want for a restful stay: great hosts, clean room, separate shower and WC, garden view, delicious breakfast, easy parking. The room was a touch on the small side, but what would you use the extra space for when you could be out and about in the English countryside?! more

My daughter and I stayed at The Limes, a beautiful Victorian house, in Stow-on-the-Wold for two nights in July. The bed and breakfast is just a 3-5 minute walk from the town center. Helen and Graham were excellent hosts, the property was immaculately clean, and the garden was beautiful. I selected them because they were more reasonably priced than some... more

You can pay more, but why? Helen and Graham will spoil you with their hospitality. I had stayed at the Limes 14 years ago, when Val and Tony (the parents to Graham) ran it, and it's still lovely. We were touring with two other couples, one of them elderly parents. Helen set us up with three wonderful rooms, making sure... more

My husband and I stayed at The Limes House 7 - 10 March, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Situated in Stow-on-the-Wold, it was a quite a central spot to explore the rest of the Cotswold (including Stratford-upon-Avon) from. Helen and Graham run the place, and despite being rather heavily pregnant, Helen still saw to the daily needs of running a... more

We stayed two nights at The Limes and recommend it most strongly. The young couple who run this B&B are hospitable in every way; the made us feel at home immediately. Accomodations are attractive and comfortable, bathroom is fine, and the garden is beautiful. The price is most reasonable, even with a weak dollar. Breakfast is full English and good.... more

We've coming to The Limes for nearly two decades and it just keeps getting better. The management is now in the hands of the second generation and they have done a great job. We particularly like the Annex, because it gives us a great deal of privacy. The garden is lovely. more

We stayed 3 nights in May, as a base for our travelling. We were welcomed like old friends, the room was great, and the breakfast superb. The outside seating in warm weather with the rippling water, all made for a pleasant stay. An eay walk to the local pubs.Could not fault it. more
