The manager of this hotel was great. Could not do enough to make your stay comfortable. Be sure to eat in the restaurant the food is great. They have a new chef and he is very good. The rooms are large and very cozy.

Fantastic restaurant, the food was amazing and I cruise a lot, staff very friendly, room small but had it all. Overall a great time was had for my hubby and me as well as our friends who stayed in a larger room and in a beautiful area as well.

Been in this hotel weekend 17/18th March. Disappointingly small rooms, damp in bathroom and window frames, Wifi poor strength. Not worth the money... staff did work hard and were very apologetic. Hotel in administration according to receptionist..explained the lack of staff. Website misrepresents the actual quality of the rooms. Food however very good.

Had a really good stay at the grapevine. Lovely garden room, and the staff were great. Breakfast very good. Also ate in the conservatory restaurant which was excellent.
