My husband booked us in to the Cotswold Tearooms B&B for our first wedding anniversary. I have to say I've never been a fan of B&Bs and I wasn't really looking forward to it. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who took us to our room (number 4). I was completely amazed. The room was huge, luxurious and... More

Really impressed.... a bit concerned when we first arrived, as the premises is part of a small tea/coffee shop on a small 'double yellow' lined street close to the centre of the very picturesque Stow. However, needn't of worried as there's room to stop outside to park up and unload and plenty of room to park all around the centre... More

We arrived with no booking on a very busy night and managed to get a room. I'm not sure the room number but we were at the very top. Even though we were in a B&B it felt very private and at the same time warm and welcoming. The room was lovely and fresh, big private bathroom and very comfy... More

Just returned from a weekend stay. Lovely place to stay. Big room with a huge comfortable bed. Lovely large clean bathroom. Although they were just finishing a refurbishment to the tea rooms this did not cause us any problems!! Would highly recommend as very central to visit the Cotswolds area

Wonderful bedroom (we were in room 4) with the best shower EVER. However, when we arrived the Tea Shop was closed for refurbishment with a handwritten note on the door asking us to phone a mobile number. We then had to wait is sub zero temperatures for 10 mins to be let in! In addition, we had to go outside,... More

Hi there, I am glad you enjoyed your room with us. We are having the tearooms refurbished and not the bed and breakfast, which is why we have not contacted our guests to inform them. When we are closed we do leave a number on the door as we have no idea of what time our guests are arriving, some... More

Stayed for two nights, very impressed with the room and ensuite bathroom. Bed very comfortable and room decor of a high standard. The tea room very ideally situated for the high street. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and freshly cooked. We thought the price was very reasonable. Only downside is the lack of parking but that seems to... More

Quiet, friendly well positioned b & b. Good size and comfortable bed. Breakfast good. Leaky shower issue and loose door handle should have been sorted before stay. Would recommend as well positioned for Stow. The bell at stow close by offered good food.

Goodness, it was a cold pre-Christmas December day, but the Cotswold Garden was warm and welcoming. We had a huge bedroom and ensuite decorated in 21st century moderne, which seems to be de rigueur in the Cotswolds these days (perhaps that what they think all 'London types' like), clean and well-appointed. All the staff were helpful and friendly and the... More

Picked this B & B from the internet....was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was virtually brand new, warm and cosy, bathroom was spotless as was everything else. The breakfast menu was quite varied, we went for the full English which was excellent and very filling. The only downside perhaps, was there is no onsite parking,... More

They are also a bed and breakfast, but we only enjoyed a late afternoon light lunch. We had a Cream Tea, a jacket potato, and a ham and cheese toastie. All very fresh food and quick, pleasant service. We would happily eat here again.
