Have visited this pub twice in the last three months whilst staying at the nearbye caravan club site. On both occasions we found it to be both welcoming and with an excellent choice of real ales. The establishment is dog friendly and dogs are allowed in the bar and beer garden areas. Initially thought the menu prices were somewhat expensive... More

The contrasting reviews say a great deal about what people expect. We arrived for a one night booking for the 2 bedroom cottage and asked if we could change to3 nights. The cottage was booked for our second so they put us in 2 luxury rooms for the first 2 nights at the cost of one room. These rooms were... More

We can't fault this venue, it provided everything we were looking for. We love the Cotswolds and try different locations to stay at each visit. I suspect, however, we will return to The Bell. Very friendly from start to finish, we stayed two nights, only ate there one evening but should have done so on both occasions. Also wonderful large... More

Just spent one night in this hotel and it was lovely. We arrived at the pub at approx 11 and were taken to our room straight away, we had the top floor in like a converted barn, very high ceilings, beams and a lovely big bed. Bathroom was fairly small and had a bit of a problem with the water... More

The Bell has a new proprietor Christopher, who has plans for extensive renovations to return it to its former glory of a wonderful coaching inn. My stay was very pleasant, the room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast was great. It was nice to see dogs being made so welcome in the bar and the garden - something that... More

Having booked the 'family suite' a couple of weeks beforehand, I have to say we were GUTTED to discover a fully operational FunFair was set up RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR .... staff WERE very appologetic & said they had only known it was going to happen days before (??), and they assured us it would close down at 10ish... I am a traveler from USA that came to UK to see London, and also travel to experience rural England. After spending the day in Oxford (lots to do and see) my girlfriend and I took the short drive (less than an hour) to Moreton-in-Marsh to head to the Bell Inn. I was desitned for the Bell for a number... More

My partner & I stayed at the Bell Inn on March 12th 2011 for one night. We couldn’t have been made more welcome. Christopher & Christine were superb hosts; from the initial welcome and drinks at the bar, we were made to feel as if we were the most important guests to stay there. When we were showed to our... We didn't stay here, but did have lunch and watched the England v France rugby match. The pub itself is nice enough with a good amount of locals, not just tourist types. Good for watching the rugby, but we made the mistake of dining there - have to say the food was some of the worst I've ever had in... More
