A very good value. Excellent full breakfast. Good location -- very easy walk to train station and bus stop. There is a good reasonably priced Italian restaurant just around the corner. Very gracious hosts. The bathroom was small and only twin beds are available, but the value made it more than acceptable.

I can thoroughly back up all the above reviews and more!! Spotlessly clean,( I saw the kitchen, I am very fussy) very comfy and no silly extra frills! Snug little attic bedroom. Down to earth and homely. Not much left to say really, except I am now busy planning another visit for as soon as possible. Dorothy and Michael are absolutely... More

Stayed here on our 1st and last night of our 4 day Cotswold walk. The 1st night we were exhausted from our long plane ride and 2 trains. Dorothy allowed us to check in early and spend rest time in her cozy sunny garden while our rooms were being tidied up. The bed that night was wonderful and the room... More

Acacia B&B was within walking distance of the Moreton-in-Marsh train station, the only station in the heart of the Cotswolds. The bus stop was also there as well. Our hosts were very nice, and we had a room overlooking the backyard / garden. Breakfasts were excellent, if you like an English breakfast. Since I am not big into sausage, beans,... More

Acacia B&B was the perfect choice in every way: A one-minute walk from the train/bus station in one direction and the town centre in the other, it couldn't be located better. Moreton-in-Marsh is an ideal base for exploring the lovely Cotswolds by public transport; in only three days I visited Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, Upper and Lower Slaughter, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stratford-upon-Avon, and... just had a fantastic holiday, really lovely room, fantastic breakfast and a friendly host, it was exactly what we wanted, very convenient for buses, trains, restaurants and the market. Looking forward to our next stay.

Nice room in a quiet neighborhood. Good bed and the room had modern bathing amenities. The hosts were very nice. Standard B&B breakfast was delightful. It was good find for our last night in the Cotswolds.I'd stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. It is very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station where you can also catch the local bus. We used the guesthouse as a base to visit the adjoining towns of Broadway, Chipping Campden, Bourton-On-the-Water, Upper and Lower Slaughter. After a full day out we used the laundry across... More

I stayed at Acacia for 3 nights in total. It is 2 mins walk from the train station and 1 min into the Main Street. The owner was warm and friendly and the room was spotless, light and comfortable. I had a view overlooking the garden. The owner allowed me to store my suitcase with her for 4 nights while... More

My wife and I stayed two nights in this very friendly and comfortable B & B. Our room was quite small with some limited head room as it was in the roof, but perfectly adequate for a weekend, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with the usual kettle, TV, etc. Dot is... More
