We stayed two nights in a large double room with separate private bathroom on the first floor. We loved how quiet it was - out bed was very comfortable and smelt super fresh and super clean. Richard was very accommodating and was always there should you need anything - but we didn't as everything was just perfect. We would stay... More

An old fashioned B&B. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Ensuite shower room was a bit cramped but good supply of hot water, towels and toiletries. The house has lovely views and great walks around it. Short walk to the town square and a couple of pubs/ restaurants nearby. Self service breakfast was really good and a varied selection of jams,... A fine B&B in a quiet location on edge of Fairford. The room was airy and light with a very comfy bed. No complaints at all and very good overnight rates. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality B&B in this area.

Stayed here one night, August bank hol. Lovely place with lots of character. Ten mins walk to the market place. Room was very clean with great views. The en-suite in room 1 was quite a bit small comprising shower and toilet. The hand basin was in the room. Breakfast was complete self service of drinks, cereal, toast, ham, cheese, etc.... More

We stayed in a very spacious double aspect twin room with lovely views. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, very comfortable and being able to get up and help ourselves to breakfast was great. Good choice of breakfast and as we're not keen on cooked it suited us well. Short walk to the pubs, restaurants and shops yet the... More

I stayed at Waiten Hill Farm with my 9-year-old son for 9 days in Feb. 2014 and I have to say honestly that we couldn't have had a better experience. The property itself is lovely, both inside and out. Richard, the host, was lovely, kind, helpful and very attentive in general. It is obvious that he takes great pride in... More

This does what it says on the tin! The building is old and quaint overlooking fields a couple of minutes walk from Fairford. The decor is 70s, clean and well kept. A nice old man runs the property and is welcoming and makes the effort to ensure you have a good stay. The breakfast was simple but filling. We'd go... More

Stayed here for one night. The room was a little old fashioned but homely, big enough & clean & although the bathroom was very small I had no problems with it. Richard, the host, was very, very friendly and reminded me of my Grandad! The breakfast was self service and the range was very, very good.

Waiten Hill Farm is a very traditional B&B and certainly does not qualify as trendy. However the owner is lovely and attentive, the rooms are good and the location is excellent. For this price, an absolute steal. One word of warning, the breakfast is self service and though a good offering, there is no cooked option.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Waiten Hill for 3 nights in July, and absolutely loved it. The village of Fairford is charming, full of beautiful architecture and old English style and is a perfect base for exploring much of the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire. The B&B itself is set just on the edge of the village in a perfect... More
