Situated within walking distance of the city centre this is a well located B & B. We stayed in the courtyard rooms which were beautifully clean, cosy and comfortable. Landlady Rose was a cheerful, friendly hostess who did her best to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was good and the wi-fi in our rooms excellent. Very good value for money.

The location of this great little B&B was perfect. During our stay we ventured out to visit some of the outstanding villages in the Cotswolds. Cirencester itself has plenty to see with its magnificent church beautiful gardens and corneum museum. We also spent a day in Bath which is just under an hour away. The accommodation was perfect for our... More

What can I say? The location was convenient, but that was about it. This was more expensive than a lot of nice B&B's we stayed at throughout England and Scotland, and it was by far the poorest. The room was tiny and not very clean. There were cobwebs on the skylight in the bathroom and a lot of dust and... More

We spent one night here. The Old Brewhouse is situated just over the road from where the town centre starts. Its extremely convenient, while being reasonably priced. We were well looked after by landlady Rose, who showed us the facilities available. Our room was small but adequate for a night's sleep, with twin beds, on the first floor. The en-suite... More

We had a great weekend in Cirencester staying at the Old Brewhouse. Our room (off the small courtyard) was pretty clean and very comfortable and could be accessed during the day if needed without going into the house itself. The location is great - only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. It is on a crossroads but... More

My husband booked this b&b for the weekend but didn't look at trip advisor first. I am more Internet savvi than he is and I did look at the reviews. I looked at the positive ones then the not so positive ones. We went with an open mind. On arrival the biggest shock is the location which is on a... More

Stayed 17-19 April with friends. Had excellent weekend. This place ticked all our boxes. Lovely welcome from Rose. Safe parking made available even though we were late in day arriving. Beautiful courtyard & garden on entering through security coded gate. Clean rooms with twin beds & ensuite. Clean cotton sheets on a comfy bed & fresh white v large towels.... More

Just returned from a great stay at the lovely Old Brewhouse guest house based right in the heart of beautiful Cirencester. We had a courtyard room (No 8) which was lovely and finished to a high standard. The walk in shower was lovely and the bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to perfection. The quality of the... More

My wife and I visited The Old Brewhouse for one night in March 2015. Generally our stay was good. My comments are as follows: * The owner was very friendly and helpful in all respects * The room we stayed in (No. 7) was a little tired in places, particularly the bathroom, which needs refurbishment. * Breakfast was good, tasty... My lasting memories of this place are that it was very professionally run, breakfast was good and the staircase up to the room was very steep, winding and narrow. With aching muscles after a day's walk it was quite a challenge to negotiate.
