Bed was uncomfy, Thermostat in room gave me an electric shock when I tried to adjust temperature. Bathroom facilities are OK, but bathroom window had mould on it. Carpet was very dirty, and room was a bit dusty, staff were helpful at times Food was ok but not brilliant, nice outside with stream etc. Decor is very very dated, could... More

Stayed here for an out of town wedding, ideal for a bed for the night and breakfast included..... Would rather stay here than the travelodge...... Not ideal for a holiday i wouldnt have thought! No personnel to soeak to should there have been a problem, but all good really! :)

This hotel is not what you are expecting at all. We arrived in the early evening and we collected out keys from the Night Security Guard for Mitsubishi, on whose land the hotel stands. There is no reception at night, not sure if there is one during the day either. You have to buzz to be let in. The hotel... More

It has to be appreciated you are staying in a training centre for Mitsubishi colt rather than a conventional hotel or B and B and it has been set up with that corporate use in mind with private bookings in between. Yes it could do with a lick of paint, there was a large hole in the ceiling in the... More

We stayed here as we were going to a family party nearby and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The price was reasonable and yes if you stay at the weekend there are no staff, but it does tell you this on the website. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean. The tea and coffee tray was well stocked as... More

My partner and I stayed here as we were in Cirencester for a wedding. We decided to stay here as we were only staying for two nights and it was cheap. We read the reviews before booking and even though most were poor or terrible, we thought perhaps people were just being picky. But oh how wrong we were! Neither... More

We used this hotel as an overnight stop on a cycling weekend.Having cycled 50 miles, we only really needed a decent bed to rest our weary legs. The Riverside provided just that....comfortable bed, decent bedding, nice temperature in the rooms and a quiet location. The breakfast was also ace - all you could eat and freshly cooked. The reason I... More

I arrived about 10.30pm having to collect my key from the security guard on the entrance gate. There was no one else about to show me around and I eventually found my room. It was disgusting. Carpet and headboard stained, hairs on the bathroom floor, shower and soap dish, thick black mould in the shower, water damaged plaster and black... More
