On my stay I found the staff un friendly, parking VERY limited and considering the price per a night the room underwellming. There was a bath in the bedroom but thats more of a novelty and the wet room was very masculine and unattractive.

It was at the time of the Cheltenham Jazz festival - May 6th - and as well as having a very good meal (albeit with rather expensive wine list) we were entertained by artists from the Jazz Festival in the dining room as there was a jam session going on which was excellent.

This is the third Hotel du Vin hotel we've stayed in and possibly the best. Our room was enormous, bed amazingly comfortable. Not quite sure whether I'd choose to have two baths in the middle of the room but it was quirky. Don't need two televisions either but that's what we had. Lovely welcome and a drink in the bar...
