We stated here with my chihuahua puppy. The staff were very friendly and sweet. The location is great. Great that you can bring dogs. Great price. It was clean enough. The only thing I would say is there was no air con and it was really hot in the hotel.

The hotel is in good location. It is remarkably cheap and prices include breakfast. Breakfast is a bit basic and did not include eggs. The self service coffee machine broke during breakfast and it took 10 minutes to fix. The highlight were the fluffy towels- I would not normally notice but they were great. Overall excellent value .

The hotel is basic and functional – it offers rooms with a bed and a shower, but not much else. If you are seeking somewhere to use as a base for day trips, or as a location to crash down overnight, then this fits the bill, but it does not have any of the niceties usually associated with hotels. Breakfast... More

If you are on a budget and looking for the most basic of places then this is for you. I ended up choosing this place because most others were booked or ridiculously priced. The room itself was tidy and clean, as was the bathroom. However, as the bathroom door is sliding it doesn't fully close leaving gaps at either side.... More

My husband and i went to visit Cheltenham and stayed at this hotel. We were made welcome on our arrival. We had a top floor room which was a decent size although I was a little disappointed with the decor. Which I would say is an acquired taste. The plastic furniture and furry curtains are a little off putting, but... More

Have to say that this is a great hotel, excellent value for money if you want central Cheltenham, the rooms were clean, modern, spacious and well equipped, the furry curtains are interesting but quirky, would be boring if all hotels were the same :) I had a twin room to myself and the beds were comfy enough for me. The... More

We stopped three days, and can say nothing was too much trouble, we had upgraded our room and was well happy with the extra space, breakfast simple but nice, bar prices were very reasonable and so was room service, To the manager mark and his team a big thank you, would love to stop again. Ps. Yes the shaggy pile... More

Stayed overnight with colleagues so we all booked into this hotel. As the hotel was booked on corporate rates it was very good value for money. The rooms are functional, with a design flair that was appealing. Though I couldn't get use to the "shag pile" curtains and if you have a bad back or have difficulties getting up the... More
