This is a curious hotel - it looks basic in many respects but it has everything you need. Location wise it is handy for the centre and restaurants.Parking is a problem - you need to book ahead to reserve a place. What would I change - those creepy curtains! they have to be seen to be believed!

Stayed in Cheltenham for a wedding so only needed a bed. It was spotless, bed was comfy and the staff friendly. The towels in the room were a decent size which makes a change! Smack bang in the middle of the Town as well. ADVICE: If you have a car bigger than a 3 series BMW think very carefully about... More

This hotel is right in the centre of Cheltenham town so great for night life and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and keen to look after you. They even give you a list of places to eat and have arranged discounts at each for anyone staying at the hotel. Good value for the room and the breakfast... More

We stated here with my chihuahua puppy. The staff were very friendly and sweet. The location is great. Great that you can bring dogs. Great price. It was clean enough. The only thing I would say is there was no air con and it was really hot in the hotel.

The hotel is in good location. It is remarkably cheap and prices include breakfast. Breakfast is a bit basic and did not include eggs. The self service coffee machine broke during breakfast and it took 10 minutes to fix. The highlight were the fluffy towels- I would not normally notice but they were great. Overall excellent value .

The hotel is basic and functional – it offers rooms with a bed and a shower, but not much else. If you are seeking somewhere to use as a base for day trips, or as a location to crash down overnight, then this fits the bill, but it does not have any of the niceties usually associated with hotels. Breakfast... More

If you are on a budget and looking for the most basic of places then this is for you. I ended up choosing this place because most others were booked or ridiculously priced. The room itself was tidy and clean, as was the bathroom. However, as the bathroom door is sliding it doesn't fully close leaving gaps at either side.... More
