We came to Cheltenham for the Medicine Unboxed conference. We knew that we were unlikely to spend much time in the hotel - and indeed, we arrived quite late on Friday, had and early start both days, and were hardly there... The room was clean and quite large. It smelled a bit strongly of an air-freshener thing when we arrived... More

Very reasonable price. Clean and tidy rooms and guest areas. Rooms are a bit like a travelodge only slightly funkier (think curtains made of carpet). There was a good buffet breakfast laid on in the morning which you can help yourself to and is included in the price (including cooked food). The only downsides were the rowdy group in the... More

Had a good 2 night stay over recent Cheltenham race weekend. Great location. All the staff and management extremely friendly & helpful from start to finish. The rooms were larger, cleaner and far more comfortable than I expected… however rather strange curtains …looked like the rugs from the floor had migrated to cover the windows! The self service breakfast buffet... More

Stayed for one night on a Saturday. Hotel and room was clean and tidy, room decor was a little unusual especially the curtains but trying to be ultra modern. Breakfast was fine with enough choice from croissants to fruit and cereal. Hot breakfast was beans bacon and sausage but no eggs! Juice and tea and coffee were all adequate considering... More

A great stay - good value for money, good location, and generally an enjoyable experience. My gluten allergy was very well catered for during breakfast, which is unusual and much appreciated! The breakfasts were generally good too, with a nice variety of food.

Arrived sat for weekend Xmas shopping trip with my daughter booked the executive suite through late rooms it was brilliant large trendy unusual furry curtains beautiful decor . Impressed my teenage daughter previous trip advisor comments I felt unfair. Although the staff was very nice the hotel was disappointing. To start with we were happy to find a small fridge in our room only to find it wasn't working and had a 6 day old sandwich in it that looked like a science project. The room needed updating. It looked like shag carpet had been used for drapes and... More

We stayed heer for one night and arrived in the evening, we departed the hotel the next day. A week later i noticed the hotel had charged my card for a second day's parking without my consent. If the hotel was nice I wouldn't have minded paying £12 for 24 hours parking but the rooms were very tatty and worn.... More

I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel. Our stay, for one night, was THE worst experience of an overnight stay. The reception staff were very helpful but must feel as if they are fighting a loosing battle. Our room was was tatty, dirty, and noisey. The furry curtains I couldn't touch, they made me itch just looking... More

I love good design, but could not work out how anyone was given a go ahead with this concept- the overall feeling was a cross between a Scandinavian kindergarten and a tarted up Polish borstal. For the former everything was done in ill chosen pastel colours, especially pink and grey, with big Janet and John book style writing on everything... More
