We attended a family party in Cheltenham and stayed at the Cotswold Grange for one night only. The room was comfortable and light. This was one of the basement rooms which had a wet room, which we actually like. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

As others have stated this is an older very attractive building with the inside part way through improvement. Yes some elements need updating eg furniture in rooms & carpet throughout but as this is not a chain it does not have the same financial backing. These elements didnt bother us but may others.
