I stayed at this hotel for one night on the 11 March, and wish I had never bothered. The first room we were given, we moved from straight away as it wasn't clean, and when the counterpain on the bed was turned back that was stained. The furniture was grubby, the chair was full of dust and it looked as... more

A superb place. My husband and I visited the Hotel as a possible wedding reception venue... once in we booked there and then! The day of our wedding ran so smoothly thanks to the excellent staff members...they made sure our every need was catered for....as well as all our guests! Not 1 of the 150 guests that came complained...they were... more

The staff at the quality hotel in Cheltenham were some of the nicest people I have ever met, the chef's are all extremely talented and skilled and the receptionists are polite and efficient. Everyone made me feel really at home and I miss them all loads. If you guys are reading this, I will be back over to visit soon.... more

My 10 yr. old daughter and I got stranded in the area, because the buses weren't running when scheduled (we were trying to make it to the next hostel or campsite). The bus driver took us to her "friend's" hotel, the White House. We didn't have any heat, and it was very expensive, but we didn't have a choice, because... more

I will admitt that this hotel is a little dated, but the staff will bend over backwards for you and the food is better than many 5 star hotels I have visited in the past! I think the past people who have reviewed have forgotten that this is actually a 3 star hotel, and more than accomodating! We will definately... more

Don't even think about it ! Staffed mainly by part-time,poorly trained college kids. Some rooms are extremely tacky and unhealthy. Our bed was stained with fluids to baffle science....and the door lock was broken leaving our baggage completely unsecure. Management promises early refurbishment but the plague may get you first as they're still letting out rooms in this disgusting state.... more

i have never been so disgusted as i was when i entered into this so called "Quality Hotel". I think this is an inappropriate name for such dyer accomodation. The rooms looked as though they had not been touched for a considerable amount of time and felt dirty and uncomfortable. The windows and furniture looked as though they were rotting... more

My father and I had booked a one night stay at this hotel for the last Saturday in May 2005,which was also Bank Holiday weekend. The entrance to reception was at the back of the hotel leading off from the car park and the first thing I noticed as we entered were signs saying 'wet paint 'everywhere. The reception area was pleasant... more

I found this hotel to be very grubby and well run down. The mattress was split, the carpet was soaked due to leaks in the bathrrom, the TV didn't work (no remote or aerial lead) and the toilet was faulty. Thats the short list! I wonder how it got a star rating at all. the only positive thing is the... more

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the White House Hotel in March. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make our experience as memorable as possible. We had a buffet dinner there which all the guests said was very good, everyone at the reception had a great time. We stayed at... more
