I stayed in an upper room in the old building of the YMCA. The room was as described, clean room and sheets pillow cases . There was an adequite table and chair plus a wardrobe. The communal toilet and showers were just down the passage way from the room.( Please note, always take your room key with you and remember,... More

This really was a disappointment, even for the price! The room wasn't clean and I got the worst nights sleep, due to the window banging all night. I didn't want to put anything on the floor because it was so unpleasant. I'm a seasoned camper so am used to basic facilities but the shared shower facilities were purely disgusted, and... More

This place was the best value I could find in Cheltenham, just £29 for a decent single room with comfortable bed, plenty of space, wardrobe, cupboard and drawers. It was very handy for the Town Hall where I went to a concert. The building is a huge old Regency house, quite shabby but clean, with very large rooms and lots... More

I needed a hotel last minute. Only one I could get that was affordable was here. I arrived out of hours. The security man was very helpful and assisted me. Although everything was very very tired, it was clean, safe, and I left satisfied. The communal showers were private. The communal kitchen was very clean and acceptable. Free wifi. There... More

Stayed in a singles room, upon arrival bin was not cleared (with bread and food packages inside) and room smelled funky. Staff on duty offered to change me to a smaller room but i declined. On a positive note, service was good and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Oh and wifi reception to my room was great :D

Stayed one night. Clean, Central location, helpful staff. Quiet room, slept well. All at only £29. The room also had a fridge! Breakfast is self served till 10am. Check in at 5pm, Check out at 10am. Only downside would be the taps in the shared toilets were such that you had to press down on them for water to pour... More

For an individual traveller on business not wanting to spend a great deal of money for one night's stay this place was excellent. It is a hostel so the affair of a shared bathroom and small room is to be expected but all in all a great little place. I opted for a single room which was furnished with plenty... More

nice place, just stayed two nights but if youre looking for a more youth hostel oriented to make bond with other travellers this is not maybe what are you looking for, the place is also a club -and i do not have anything against them- but theres a lot of elderly people around.
