Very comfortable, clean room. Very friendly and efficient staff and management. Great food and spectacular views. Award winning pub on the premises is a real bonus, serving real ales and wide range of meals. We take a lot of short breaks in England and this is one of the best hotels we've visited. more

This is a wonderful is an ideal setting on the hills above Cheltenham with some great views. The rooms had just been refurbished and was a good weekend for relaxing. We had a nice meal in the Restaurant and a few drinks which was well priced. The staff were great and there is a large car park. more

Myself and my partner recently stayed at the Rising Sun Hotel and had a wonderful time. We booked on a late deal, so were unsure where we would end up, but, the location and views are superb and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. more
