We stayed here for one night during the literary festival. All I can say is 'fabulous'. I have stayed in many hotels in Cheltenham and around the world and this far exceeds them all. We stayed in room 1 which was huge with double sinks, double showers and a very large slipper bath. We also had a huge elevating tv... More

My Mum and I stayed at No.30 The Park for a girlie weekend away in Cheltenham. I loved the hotel from the minute we walked in the door - the décor was beautiful, it had a great atmosphere and we had a warm welcome. The finishing touches in the room were appreciated - a lovely selection of slightly unusual snacks... More

The loveliest little hotel ever. Beautiful building refurbished to excellent standards of luxury and comfort. Very very cool interiors - I would have happily had every single piece of furniture in my own home - have come away with serious property envy. Service was faultless also - charming and friendly. Breakfast (cooked not included but reasonable) was delicious. Excellent value... More

I stayed here with my husband and some friends last weekend. It was an impromptu get away for the night. We did not have much time to spare so we didn't get to truly savour the delights of this hotel (didn't eat there for example) however it was remarkable enough for me to want to post something about it. The... More

From the moment you enter this hotel, it's clear that this is a little bit different/special. Everywhere are wonderful little touches - no reception, an 'honesty bar' (incredibly well stocked), cool furnishings, lovely courtyard etc. All the rooms are different, and again, very well styled and furnished. We got an 'excellent' grade room on the first floor which was a... More

This hotel has been taken over and renovated so disregard the previous reviews. We stayed for a weekend on 30th May 2014. Our room was beautiful, really comfortable and luxurious with a free standing bath in the room plus a beautiful bathroom with a massive shower and the biggest shower head I've ever seen. The toiletries, mini bar & tea/coffee... More

We were upgraded to a top floor room, with poster bed and double ended spa bath, great! The room was large clean and in good period decor in the bedroom. The bathroom was large with separate shower. No tea tray included, but it is on their website. The lounge and bar as well as the patio were all well presented. The service... More

Stayed at THE HOTEL with a kgb deal, on booking we were told there were no standard rooms so we paid £50 for an upgrade. On arrival the hotel looked very modern, the young chap who booked us in was really pleasant and helpful. The room Isac Stracan was on the top floor and looked a little tired the bathroom... More

My husband and I stayed here for a Fri and Sat night of the bank holiday on a KGB deal. We had originally booked in January but were unable to travel because of the weather - I have to say, the staff were so pleasant at that time and were extremely helpful and patient with us trying to rebook it.... mixture of reviews and upon hearing of pending receivership of this hotel felt on the cautious side. With only 3 cars in the small car park we parked easily for our two night stay. Black marble entrance and sparkling glass doors, to the left was an attractive sitting area, tastefully furnished with blue lit bar area alongside. Opposite was a... More
