My wife and I and our 2 friends enjoyed a wonderful 2 night break at the Broadlands on July 5/6th. The rooms were very clean and spacious and facilities were excellent, location was very good and very close to all of Bourton's restaurants and shops. Marco and his staff did everything to make us welcome and the breakfast could not... More

Our lovely room was on two levels. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Marco was always happy to help with any queries or information on places to dine. Breakfast was just great and it was served in a sunny conservatory. Free parking. I would highly recommend and hope we can stay there again in the not too distant future. Thanks... More

The best thing about this hotel is it's location - still very central but off the main street which meant we enjoyed a very peaceful and quiet time there. There's no noise from traffic. We woke up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping - how wonderful! It's within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in... More

After ringing the bell and knocking at the door we finally were greeted by a man who I assume was Marco though he didn't introduce himself to us, he showed us in and briefly explained what time breakfast was and what room number we were in and that was the last we saw of him on our 2 night visit.... We had a double in the main building. For £80 you couldn't go wrong. Nice and clean, lots of hot water, great parking, 2 min walk from the village centre. The best thing was how comfortable the bed was...omg, we both slept like logs...We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked, didn't stick to the menu, we just said... More

This is a quiet and comfortable Guesthouse in Bourton-on-the-Water, situated far enough away from the summer hustle and bustle but only minutes walk to the river and the "main drag". I paid £80 per night for a luxury suite (I do not even remember if I deliberately chose that or if it was an offer at the same price as... More

We used BRoadlands to accommodate some visitors we had from France. Marco could not have been more helpful or friendly. Our visitors raved about the breakfast and said the accommodation was perfect. Marco even talked to them in French. We will definitely use Broadlands again if we have more visitors.

Booked the luxury en-suite room. This room is situated over the basic double rooms. It is enormous. One of the largest king sized beds ever. two chairs, a 32" tv with dvd player.A writing desk with yet another chair. All this plus an en-suite bathroom. It doesn't really get much better than this. The room was a couple of pound more than the basic room and... Great location, very peaceful but minutes walk to restaurants. Great parking, comfy beds, spotlessly clean, huge breakfast, tremendous host what more can you want. I was travelling alone and was made to feel very welcome.

Broadlands Guest house is at a nice location if you wish to stay at Cotswold. Bourton-on-the -water is a great place (Stow being the other option) if you want to visit the Cotswold, and Broadlands guest house is just 2 mins walk from the town centre. This b&b is very basic, no frills. The rooms are small but have been... More
