We were lucky to find Elvington at short notice on an overnight trip to The Cotswolds. Very quaint home with a superb collection of dolls and the breakfast was delicious too. The rooms were a bit cramped and the whole house being not too large, it gave the impression of intruding upon the family a little bit. Ann was very... More

We stayed on 14th Feb 2015 for one night at this lovely, charming B&B a short stroll from the heart of the village. Ann gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our lovely en-suite rooms and after a chat we had a good idea of where we wanted to go locally, especially for our evening meal. Excellent... More

Stayed for one night at this lovely, charming B&B on the outskirts of Bourton on the Water with another couple. Only a 7-8 minute walk from the heart of the village. Run by Margaret and Ann, we were treated to a very warm welcome on arrival and shown to our extremely clean, en-suite rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Given keys... More

I've stayed in Elvington B&B twice this year during my winter and summer vocation. Both were pleasant experiences. The room is nicely decorated and well facilitated. Breakfast is good. The tariff is quite fair and economical compared with others in this area. Plus, I like the doll collections of the hostess very much.

My parents both enjoyed a very pleasant short break here earlier this month, commenting that the accommodation was very comfortable with lovely breakfasts to look forward to in the morning. They are looking forward to a return visit later in the year.

We arrived mid-afternoon and Ann made us feel immediately very welcome. Close to the village centre (an easy, flat walk) but far enough off the beaten track for us to feel safe leaving our Harley trike parked outside. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Stayed one night while on a walking trip through the Cotswolds. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The room was modern and well appointed. They even had new DVD's in the room to watch. A little out of the centre of the town ( about 500 metres ) but that also means it was very quiet at night. Great home cooked... More
